Create Design Review

Paste a link to the PDF file in Google Drive (not a folder). The file name is the project title for your customer.

If the PDF is in a different Google account, open the PDF → Share → add your Design Review script Gmail as Viewer (most reliable).
Anyone with the link often fails for work/school Google accounts.
Folder links do not work — use the PDF file link.
